Through guided therapeutic experiences, we’ll gently explore attachment patterns, communication dynamics, and the ways past wounds and emotional experiences can shape how we show up with each other and in the world.
Designed specifically for mothers and daughters (ages 10–16), this retreat supports the transition into adolescence—a time when daughters naturally begin to individuate (become their own person), and relationships can feel more complex to navigate.
What makes this experience truly unique is the presence of our horses. Grounded in the principles of HeartMath and equine-assisted therapy, time with horses has been shown to support emotional regulation, helping to calm the nervous system and foster a sense of safety and connection. Additionally, interaction with animals can increase oxytocin—the hormone associated with bonding, trust, and love—creating a powerful environment for meaningful connection.
