Stress, anxiety, and depression are becoming more common for all of us, no matter our profession or personal life. For all the different roles we take on in day-to-day life – whether in healthcare, mental health, legal services, housing, or beyond – we carry not only our own burdens but also the struggles of those we serve.
Horses help us slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with what truly matters. Spending time with horses isn’t just calming – it’s transformative. Research shows that spending time with horses can calm the nervous system, increase oxytocin, and lower cortisol. Their grounded presence can quiet a racing mind, soften anxiety, and create space for clarity, strength, and hope.
Join Emily Campbell and Nicole Fisher, alongside their equine partners for a powerful experience designed to reduce stress and build resilience in every part of your life.
