Keeping You Safe is Our Top Priority

Following the guidance of SJBPH and CDC, we have

implemented best practices for your safety including:

• Requesting customers who feel sick with symptoms such as fever, coughing, and fatigue, or who have been in contact with anyone who is not feeling well, to not enter USTAWI. Please stay away from others and call your doctor if you need medical assistance.
• Requesting customers and staff keep 6 feet of distance between themselves and others.
• Requesting customers wear face covers along with our staff.
• Requesting customers and staff to take everyday precautions of covering nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
• Asking that our staff members stay home if they are not feeling well.
• Disinfecting surfaces throughout the day.
• Ustawi and Specialists in Women’s Care are collaborating in an effort to keep our patients safe and promote health and wellbeing.

We will be taking temperatures prior to each appointment to ensure

continued health across the clinic.

Should you exhibit signs of symptoms of the COVID-

19 Virus or have been exposed to anyone else with

symptoms or diagnosed please do not attend your

appointment and contact you provider to discuss
